All payments for services must be made in full before work begins unless otherwise agreed to in writing.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe or another approved payment processor.

By completing your payment, you acknowledge that you are entering into a service agreement with P Mathis & Associates LLC.

All sales are final.
Once payment has been made and services have begun or been rendered, no refunds or chargebacks are permitted.

Because our services involve professional time, expertise, and access to proprietary resources, refunds cannot be issued after any portion of the service is delivered.

By purchasing any service, you agree not to dispute the charge with your financial institution once services have been provided.

If a client initiates a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving services, this will be considered a breach of contract and fraudulent activity.
P Mathis & Associates LLC reserves the right to pursue all available legal remedies, including but not limited to:

• Recovery of the original payment amount,
   
• Legal fees and court costs, and
   
• Additional damages associated with the dispute.
   

By submitting payment, you confirm that you:

• Have read and understood this No Refund Policy.
   
• Agree not to dispute or reverse charges after services are rendered.
   
• Accept that all payments are final once work begins or is completed.
   

By checking the acknowledgment box, clicking “I Agree,” or submitting payment through our website or Stripe link, you provide your electronic signature and consent to these Terms and Conditions.
Your electronic acceptance is legally binding under the U.S. Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (E-SIGN Act) and applicable state laws.

While we strive to provide accurate and timely services, P Mathis & Associates LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary to perform services.
